LiftForge ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the App.

LiftForge is designed to operate primarily on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share your personal data with external servers.
The App stores the following information locally on your device using Apple-provided storage systems:
This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us or to any third party.
The App may make limited read-only network requests to download static reference files, such as:
raw.githubusercontent.com/.../translations.json for exercise name translations.raw.githubusercontent.com/.../bodyfat.json for body fat formula reference data.These requests are used only to fetch static content. No personal data, workout data, profile data, or Health data is sent as part of these requests.
LiftForge may integrate with Apple HealthKit if you choose to grant permission. HealthKit access is optional and under your control. For more information, see Apple's Health App & Privacy documentation.
Health data accessed by LiftForge is processed on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.
Although the App includes an iCloud entitlement, cloud synchronisation is currently disabled. LiftForge does not use CloudKit at this time, and no user data is synced to iCloud by the App.
Note: Your device may include LiftForge data in standard iCloud or iTunes backups. This backup functionality is managed by Apple and your device settings, not by LiftForge. See Apple's Apple Account & Privacy documentation for details.
LiftForge does not currently implement push notifications.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. LiftForge does not receive or store your payment card details, billing information, or financial account data. See Apple's App Store & Privacy documentation for details on how Apple handles purchases.
LiftForge allows you to export your workout and measurement data in CSV format. This export feature supports your right to data portability under applicable privacy laws.

Any processing performed by LiftForge occurs locally on your device under your control. Where HealthKit permissions are used, they are based on your explicit consent through Apple's permission system.
Because LiftForge does not transmit personal data to external servers, it does not engage in cross-border transfers of your personal data.
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
Data stored by LiftForge remains on your device until you delete it within the App, remove the App, or erase your device storage through your own actions.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or port your data. Because LiftForge stores data locally on your device, these rights can generally be exercised directly by:
LiftForge is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data through the App, please contact us so we can assist with its removal.
